No. 367. An act to refund to Julia Gittinga, administra-
trix of Thomas E. Gittings, deceased, certain taxes errone-
ously paid.

No. 368. An act to amend section four hundred and ninety-
four of Article four of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled,
"City of Baltimore," relating to the measurement of oysters.

No. 369. An act to repeal sections three hundred and three
hundred and seven of Article four of the Code "of Public Local
Laws relating to the inspection of salted fish in the city of
Baltimore, and to enact the following sections in lieu thereof.

No. 370. An act to amend Article ninety-four of the Public
General Laws entitled, "Treasurer," by repealing sections
eight and nine of said Article, and re-enacting said sections
with amendments.

No. 371. An act to add a new section to Article twenty-
six of the Code of Public General Laws relating to corpora-
tions, so as to provide a more summary remedy against com-
panies incorporated by this State, with authority to transport
persons or property for hire.

No. 372. An act to amend and re-enact section one hundred
and six, Article eighty-one of the Code of Public General
Laws entitled, "Revenue and Taxes," and relating to the tax
on executors and administrators' commissions.

No. 373. An act to extend the time and provisions of the
act for the payment of bounties to volunteers into the Mary-
land regiments in the service of the United States.

No. 374. An act making appropriations for the support of
the Government for the year ending on the first day of Jan-
uary, eighteen hundred and sixty-six.

No. 375. An act to incorporate the Union Fire Insurance
Company of Baltimore.

No. 376. An act to amend an act entitled, an act to incor-
porate the Easton Passenger and Freight Rail way Company,
passed March tenth, eighteen hundred and sixty, chapter two
hundred and fifty.

No. 377. An act making appropriations for the support of
the Government for the year ending on the first day of Jan-
uary, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.

No. 378. An act to provide for the payment of the claims
of Peregrine Gorsuch and Francis Gallagher, assistant Clerks
