AN ACT to refund Charles Shipley taxes erro-
neously paid.
|
Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, It appears that Charles Shipley has
erroneously paid into the treasury of Baltimore
county the sum of fifty-nine dollars and ninety-six
cents; Therefore,

Authorized
to refund.
|
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county be and they are hereby author-
ized and directed to refund said Shipley the sum of
fifty-nine dollars and ninety-six cents, as taxes er-
roneously paid, and to make sufficient levy to re-
imburse therefor.
