No. 77. An act to allow Edward Sudlar, late Sheriff of
Queen Ann's county, further time to complete his collections.

No. 78. An act to change the name of John Toy Brundige
to John Toy Brundige Worthington.

No. 79. An. act to refund a sum of money paid into the
State Treasury erroneously by John Pettibone, one of the Tax
Collectors of Anne Arundel county.

No. 80. An act to revive and amend the act of incorpora-
tion of the town of Williamsport in Washington county,
Maryland, passed December session, eighteen hundred and
twenty-three, chapter one hundred and twenty-five, with the
several supplements thereto.

No. 81. An act to incorporate the Female Samaritan
Society of the Lutheran Church at Hagerstown.

No. 82. An act to allow Henry Gantz, late Collector of
State and County Taxes in Washington county, for the years
eighteen hundred and fifty-eight and eighteen hundred and

No. 8T. An act to repeal section one hundred and thirty-
four, and section one hundred and thirty-five, of Article eight
of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to free negroes in
Cecil county.

No. 88. An act to incorporate the Maryland Soldiers'
Relief Association.

No. 89. An act to repeal section eighty-nine of Article
sixteen, entitled, "Chancery," of the Code of Public General
Laws, relating to non-resident infant defendants in Chancery,
and to enact a substitute therefor.
