Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That all lands and
tenements with the appurtenances, and all person-
al property, fixtures and furniture now held by
the aforesaid Trustees, shall from and after the
passage of this act be vested in the body corporate
hereby created and their successors forever, and the
said Trustees are hereby authorized to take and
receive from the executor of Caleb Reynolds, late
of Cecil county deceased, the sum of two hundred
dollars, bequeathed in the will of said Caleb Rey-
nolds to said Church.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after the date of its passage,
and that the Legislature reserve to itself the right
to alter or amend this act at pleasure.

AN ACT to repeal section twenty-eight of Arti-
cle twelve of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled, "Harford county," renting to the per
diem and mileage of the County Commissioners,
of Harford county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section twenty-eight, of Arti-
cle twelve, of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-
titled, "Harford County," be and the same is
hereby repealed, and the following section be and
the same is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, viz:

28. They shall be entitled to the sum of two
dollars and fifty cents per day, and the same mile-
age as is now allowed to Jurors of said county.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
