of Baltimore county, issued in pursuance of the
act of the General Assembly of- Maryland, passed
at the January session, eighteen hundred and
fifty-eight, entitled, An act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Baltimore county to
borrow the sum of money and to make the levy
therein named," such of said bonds to be paid
and in such order as may hereafter be determined
upon by said County Commissioners.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

CHAPTER 325.

AN ACT to authorize Charles S. Middleton, for-
mer Clerk of the Circuit Court of Prince
George's county, to place his fees in the hands
of the Sheriff of said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Charles S. Middleton, former
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's
county, be and he is hereby authorized and em-
powered to place all fees due him as Clerk afore-
said in the hands of the Sheriff of said county, and
the said Sheriff be and he is authorized and em-
powered, upon receiving said fees, to collect said
fees as all suoh fees are authorized by law to be
collected; and the said Sheriff shall duly account
for the same as all such fees due to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for said county are required by
law to be accounted for by the Sheriff of said-
county.

take effect from its passage.
