AN ACT to repeal section eight hundred and four
of Article four of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled, "City of Baltimore," and to re-enact
the same with an amendment, increasing the per
diem of the Judges of the Orphans' Court.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That section eight hundred and
four, of Article four, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled, "City of Baltimore," be and the
same is hereby , repealed, and that the same be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

804. Each Judge of the Orphans' Court of the
city of Baltimore, shall receive a per diem of four
dollars for the time the said court is in session, to
be paid to them by the Register of the city on the
first day of each month.
