CHAPTER 250.

Passed Mar.
10, 1864.

AN ACT to repeal the first, second and third sec-
tions of the thirty-first Article of the Code of
Public General Laws of this State, entitled,
Crows, so far as it may relate to Calvert and
Allegany counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the first, second and third sec-
tions of the thirty-first Article of the Code of
Public General Laws of this State, be and the
same is hereby repealed in so far as it may relate
to Calvert and Allegany counties.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

 

CHAPTER 251.

10, 1864.

AN ACT to legalize the official acts of Robert K.
Willson, a Justice of the Peace for Queen Ann's
county.

Preamble.

WHEREAS, Robert K. Willson, a Justice of the
Peace for Queen Ann's county, has been acting as
a Deputy Assessor for the United States, in said
county, and performing the duties of a Justice of
the Peace at the same time, and it is necessary to
make valid his acts of Justice of the Peace; there-
fore,

Made valid.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That all acts and duties done and
performed by said Robert K. Willson, as Justice
of the Peace, up to the passage of this act, are
hereby made valid and confirmed, notwithstand-
ing he has been acting in the double capacity of
Justice of the Peace and Assessor of United States
Revenue.
