CHAPTER 115.

AN ACT to extend the time for completing the
Eastern Shore Railroad.
|
Passed March
3, 1864.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the time for completing the
Eastern Shore Railroad be and the same hereby is
extended for the term of three years from the pas-
sage of this act, and until the end of the next reg-
ular session of the General Assembly held there-
after.
|

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to revive and extend an act to incor-
porate the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad
Company, with amendment passed at the De-
cember session, eighteen hundred and forty-
seven.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act entitled, An act to in-
corporate the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad
Company, be and the same is hereby revived with
amendment, and made as effectual to all intents
and purposes as if the said act of incorporation
had not expired.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That William J.
Lenord, Thomas B. Smith, John White of H.,
Humphrey Humphreys, Purnell Toadvine, Reitchie
Fooks, Thomas Timmons, Levi Duncan, John S.
Purnell, Littleton P. Franklin, James Whaley
and Z. P. Henry, be and they are hereby appoint-
ed commissioners under the direction of whom
subscriptions may be received to the capital stock
