No. 35. An act to incorporate the Locust Point Company
of the city of Baltimore.

No. 36. An act to incorporate the German Fire Insurance
Company of Baltimore.

No. 37. An act to alter and change the name of Mary
Hicks, of Caroline county, to that of Fannie Honora Eaton.

No. 38. An act to change the name of Fannie Parker, to
that of Fannie Parker Roelkey.

No. 39. An act to repeal an act, adding additional sections
to the second Article of Public Local Laws, of Anne Arundel
county, regulating the running at large of stock in and about
the city of Annapolis.

No. 40. An act to alter and change the name of Zacbariah
Origen Simmons of Frederick county, Maryland, to that of
John Simmons.

No. 41. An act to make valid the official acts of Justices
of the Peace and Constables, who failed to qualify under the
new Constitution within the required time and who have been
re-appointed and since qualified according to law.

No. 42. A supplement to an act to incorporate the Dula-
ney's Valley and Sweet Air Turnpike Company.

No. 43. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay Job
Evans and Son, for altering and fitting up five committee
rooms in the State House.

No. 44. An act to amend the Local Laws of Baltimore
city, relating to the drawing of jurors.

No. 45. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay the
claims of James S. Crawford, George Jacobi, William Evans
and Whitney, Cushing & Co.

No. 46. An act to amend and re-enact sections eight hun-
dred and eleven and eight hundred and twelve, of the fourth
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, in
relation to the pay of the Police of Baltimore city.

No. 47. An act to add a new section to Article twenty-
four of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled, "Convey-
ancing," to provide for the execution, acknowledgment and
recording of bonds of conveyance and other obligations to
convey real estate, and to make valid such instruments as
may have been heretofore executed, acknowledged and re-
corded.

No. 48. An act to incorporate the Western Maryland
Coal and Coal Oil Company of Allegany county.
