for every score of cattle, twenty cents; for every
horse and his rider, or led horse, five cents; for
every sulky, chaise or sleigh drawn with one horse,
ten cents; for every sulky, chaise, coach or sleigh
drawn by two horses, twenty cents; and for either
of the carriages last mentioned with four horses,
forty cents; the like sums according to the num-
ber drawing the same; for every cart or wagon
whose wheels do not measure over three inches in
breadth, ten cents; the like sums according to the
number of horses drawing the same; for every
cart or wagon, whose wheels measure over three
inches and do not measure four inches in breadth,
drawn by one horse, eight cents; and eight cents
for each additional horse; and for every cart or
wagon whose wheels measure four inches in
breadth, drawn by ope horse, six and one-fourth
cents; and six and one-fourth of cents for each
additional horse; and the said company shall be
permitted to charge the following rates of toll at
gate north of Leitersburgh on said road, for every
score of sheep, five cents; for every score of hogs,
five cents; for every score of cattle, ten cent; lor
every horse and his rider or led horse, three Cents;
for each sulky, chaise, carriage or sleigh drawn by
one horfie, three cents; and three cents for every
additional horse attached to such sulky, chaise
or carriage; for wagons, carts whose wheels in
breadth do not measure over three inches in
breadth, drawn by one horse, five cents; and five
cents for each additional horse attached to such,
wagon or cart; and, for, every such wagon or cart
whose wheels in breadth measure over three inches
and do not measure, four, four cents; and four
cents for each additional, horse attached to such
wagon or cart; and for every wagon or cart whoso
wheels in breadth measure four inches drawn by
one horse, three cents; and three cents for each
additional horse attached to such wagon or cart

Sec. 12. And fee it further enacted, That all laws
inconsistent with or providing for a different rate
of tolls or charges, be and the same are hereby

repealed.

Repealed.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this
act shall take effect from the date of its passage.
