Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That upon
the completion of said indexes and the copying of
such as are herein provided for, and also the bind-
ing and covering of the books as aforesaid, and as
herein before provided for, and upon the approval
and acceptance of the same by the County Commis-
sioners of said county, they the Commissioners shall
levy for th'e use of the said Clerk, as other county
charges are now levied, such a sum of money as
the said County Commissioners may deem a just
and reasonable compensation, not exceeding one
thousand dollars.

AN ACT to alter and change the name of John
Young, of Baltimore city, to the name of John
Marshall Young.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That, from and after the passage of
this act, the name of John Young, of Baltimore
city, be and the same is hereby altered and changed
to that of John Marshall Young.
