CHAPTER 182.

In form.

AN ACT to appropriate a gum of money to pay
the balance for repairing and refurnishing the
Court Room and Clerks 's Office of the Court of
Appeals.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of three thousand four
hundred and fifty dollars and sixty-two cents, or
so much thereof as may be required, be and hereby
is appropriated to pay the balance for repairing
and refurnishing the Court roomi and Clerk's office
of the Court of Appeals; and the Treasurer on the
warrant of the Comptroller is authorised to pay
the said sum of money, on the order of the Judges
and Clerk of the Court of Appeals, to such person
or persons as may be entitled to receive the same.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after the date of its passage.
