Howard Heald, Thomas Riggs, A. P. Winchester,
Richard Mitchell, Thomas C. Harris and Charles
R. Gallagher, or a majority of them, be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to do all the
acts, matters and things, and to exercise all the
rights and powers conferred on the corporators
named in the Act of Assembly above referred to.

Sec. 2, And be it enacted, That in addition to the
aforesaid powers, the corporators herein named, or
a majority of them, shall have authority to divide
the stock authorized to be issued by the act above
referred to, so that for each share of one hundred
dollars there may be issued one hundred shares of
one dollar each.

Sec. 3, And be it enacted, That the privileges
conferred by said act upon Duff Green and James
Swan in respect to their lands, or those of either
of them, be and they are hereby extended to the
heirs at law, devises, legal representatives or
assigns of said Duff Green and of said James
Swan, or either of them, and to all the lands in
which they or either of them were interested in
Allegany county, at the time of the passage of
said act, and that the corporators named in this
act, or a majority of them, may exercise the powers
conferred by the fifth section of the act to which
this is a supplement.

Sec. 4. Be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the day of its passage.
