Stockholders
to have access
to books.
|
Sec. 10. And be it enacted, That every stockholder
of this company shall at all times have access to
the books and records thereof, and in case of any
suit against or in favor of said company, any court
of record may by a proper order, compel the pro-
duction of its books and records, and any number
thereof may prosecute and maintain a suit at law
or in equity against the company.

Reservation.
|
Sec. 11. And be it enacted, That the General
Assembly reserves to itself the right at all times
to amend, alter or repeal this act.
|

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to amend and re-enact section twenty-
three of Article twelve of the Code of Public
Local Laws, relating to the time of holding the
terms of the Circuit Court for Harford county.

Amended and
re-enacted.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Asssem-
bly of Maryland, That section twenty-three of Ar-
ticle twelve of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to the time of holding the terms of the
Circuit Court for Harford county, be and the same
hereby is amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows :

Three terms.
|
23. There shall be three terms of the Circuit
Court for Harford county in each year, commenc-
ing respectively on the second Monday in February,
the second Monday in May, and the second Mon-
day in November.
|
In force.
|
Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after the day of its passage.
