AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for the
payment of the printing of the Senate and House
of Delegates, during the extra session, of the Ge-
neral Assembly for the year eighteen hundred
and sixty-one.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That fourteen thousand dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary, be and the same
is hereby appropriated for the payment of the print-
ing of the Senate and House of Delegates, for and
during the extra session of the General Assembly.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of
the State shall, upon the warrant of the Comptrol-
ler of the Treasury Department, disburse the said
sum of money, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary, hereinbefore appropriated, for the object and
purpose specified, to or upon the order of the person
or persons to whom the same may, or any part there-
of be due.
