AN ACT to change the place of holding elections
in the Sixth Election District of Prince George's
County.
|

1, 1861.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That all elections, hereafter to beheld
in the Sixth Election District of Prince George's
county, shall be held in the village of "Long
Old Fields, " in said district, at such place as the
judge of elections shall appoint.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all acts, or parts
of acts, contrary to the provisions of this act, be
and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be enacted, That. this act take
effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 82.

AN ACT appropriating a sum of money, therein
named, to pay Charles S. Middleton, clerk of
the Circuit Court for Prince George's county, for
fees in certain State cases.
|

1, 1861.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the warrant
of the Comptroller, is hereby authorised and di-
rected to pay to Charles S. Middleton, clerk of the
Circuit Court for Prince George's county, the sum
of twenty dollars and seventy-five cents, being the
amount of his account for fees which accrued in cer-
tain State cases.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
