JUDGE ROBERT H. TERRELL

Judge Robert H. Terrell of the Mu-
nicipal Court of Washington, D. C., is
probably the most highly respected
government official that has ever serv-
ed. He has by his foresighted judg-
ment and fair distribution of the law-
won the admiration of the business
men in whose district he presides.

Mr. Robt. W. Coleman, author of
this work, is first-cousin of Judge Ter-
rell.

tional Negro Business League, Secre-
tary of Tuskegee Institute, and has re-
cently been appointed by reason of
