This Institution was incorporated in January 1841, and no
Al. D. can hold any office under its charter.
In a Idition to these there are several private Hospitals and
Infirmaries under the charge of their respective Proprietors.
BALTIMORE GENERAL DISPENSARY.
Situated on the N. E. corner of Liberty and Fayette streets.
Incorporated 1797 for the benefit of Indigent Invalids. Open from
8 A. M. 'till sunset every day except Sunday, when it is closed
at 12 o'clock. Lost children are provided lor, until claimed by
their friends.
