the northwestern right of way of Grape street to the western
boundary line of Rogers' addition to Mount Rainier; thence
southerly along said District line to the southern right of way
of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; thence northeasterly with
said right of way to eastern boundary line of the McCullough
property; thence northerly with said boundary line to center
of Bunker Hill road; thence westerly with the center of Bunker
Hill road to the western boundary of the Keenan property;
thence north with said boundary to the dividing line between
Mount Rainier and Brentwood; thence west on said line to the
eastern right of way of Cedar lane; thence north along said
right of way of Cedar lane to center of Dewey street; thence
west with center of Dewey street to eastern right of way of
Thirty-fourth street; thence north along said right of way of
Thirty-fourth street to Grape street at the place of beginning.
The aforementioned territory shall be divided into four wards
as follows:

First Ward will consist of Rhode Island avenue first addi-
tion to Mount Rainier, Rhode Island avenue second addition to
Mount Rainer, Thirty-fifth street addition to Mount Rainier,
and Harricliff. The boundaries of this ward will be on the
south the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad on the east the eastern
boundary of the town from the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
to the boundary line between Mount Rainier and Brentwood
on the north, the boundary to Cedar lane, and on the west
Cedar lane, Bunker Hill road, Thirty-fourth street and the
District of Columbia.

Second Ward will consist of Edgemont, Rogers second addi-
tion to Mount Rainier and that part of Pickfords sub-division
that it within the territory to be incorporated the boundaries
of this ward will be on the east Thirty-fourth street, on the
north Bunker Hill road and on the southwest the District of
Columbia.

Third Ward will consist of Mount Rainier sub-division the
boundaries of this ward will be, on the east Cedar lane, Dewey
street and Thirty-fourth street, on the north Grape street and
on the west the dividing line between Mount Rainier sub-di-
vision and Rogers' first addition to Mount Rainier and on the
south Bunker Hill road.

Fourth Ward will consist of Rogers' first addition to Mount
Rainier. The boundaries of this, ward will be on the North
Grape street, on the west the western boundary of Rogers' first
addition to Mount Rainier and District of Columbia, on the
south District of Columbia and Bunker Hill road, and on the
east, the dividing line between Mount Rainier and Rogers' first
addition to Mount Rainier.
