stamp, ticket, check, coupon or other similar device so issued,
sold or given.

SEC. 412A. No person, firm or corporation shall issue, sell
or give any stamp, trading stamp, cash discount stamp, check,
ticket, coupon or other similar device referred to in Sections
404, 405, 407, 408, 409, 411, 412 and 412e of this Article, unless
in connection therewith, and as part of and at the time of
each and every such issue, sale or gift, such person, firm or
corporation shall deliver to the receiver of such stamp, trading
stamp, cash discount stamp, check, ticket, coupon or other
similar device, a statement in writing or printed, clearly set-
ting forth the date and place of issue thereof, and also all
and every right given to the receiver of such stamp, trading
stamp, cash discount stamp, ticket, coupon, check or other
similar device, and the name of the person, firm or corpora-
tion obligating himself, themselves or itself thereby to such
receiver for the redemption of such stamp, trading stamp,
cash discount stamp, ticket, check, coupon or other similar
device, and also the name of the person, firm or corporation
issuing, selling or giving said stamp, trading stamp, cash dis-
count stamp, ticket, coupon, check or other similar device, and
also the name of the receiver thereof, said statement to in-
clude, should said stamp, trading stamp, cash discount stamp,
check, ticket, coupon or other similar device be also redeem-
able in other property than money, a full and itemized list of
each and every article or thing for which said stamp, trading
stamp, cash discount stamp, check, ticket, coupon or other
similar device, either singly or in connection with other similar
stamps, trading stamps, cash discount stamps, checks, tickets,
coupons or other similar devices may be thereafter redeemed
or exchanged by the holder, and the exact number of stamps,
trading stamps, cash discount stamps, checks, tickets, coupons
or other similar devices required for the redemption of each
of said specific articles or things enumerated in said state-
ment; and no such redemption right or rights set forth in said
written or printed agreement shall be thereafter in any way
altered, either as to amount or as to kind, or as to quantity,
quality or nature of the property, articles or things for which
such stamp, trading stamp, cash discount stamp, check, ticket,
coupon or other similar device may be redeemed or exchanged,
without the consent of the holder thereof.

SEC. 412B. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
poration to engage in or carry on the business of issuing or
selling to merchants or other dealers any stamp, trading stamp,
cash discount stamp, ticket, check, coupon or other similar de-
vice as provided in Sections 404, 405, 407, 408, 409, 411, 412
and 412A of this Article, unless prior to doing so, said person,
