CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS. 95

title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Railroads-Obstruct-
ing," to follow Section 367, and to be known as Section 367A.

SEC. 367A. Whoever without authority unlawfully removes
from any railroad or railway track, or right of way, over which
locomotives, motors or cars are operated, or from any locomo-
tive, motor or car, the bondwires, nuts, bolts, angle-bars, spikes,
attachments, fastenings, switch-stands, locks, feed wires, trol-
ley wires or other appurtenances, or any part or attachment
thereof, or any bonds, nuts, bolts/ wires, fastenings, journal
brasses, journal packing or parts thereto attached or belonging,
which are necessary in the use or operation of said railway
tracks, locomotives, motors or cars, or whoever without
authority unlawfully removes or interferes with any air-brake,
air-brake hose or any part of the air-brake appliances on any
locomotive, motor or car, or whoever or unlawfully has in his
possession, any of the aforesaid articles so removed, shall upon
conviction thereof be imprisoned not more than tive years in the
County or City jail or the House of Correction in the discretion
of the Court.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 381.

AN ACT to repeal Sections four hundred and ten (410), four
hundred and eleven (411), and four hundred and twelve
(412), of Article 27, entitled "Crimes and Punishments,"
subtitle "Trade-Trading Stamps," of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of the State of Maryland as legalized by Chapter
72 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1904,
and to re-enact said Section four hundred and twelve (412)
so as to be numbered Section four hundred and eleven (411),
and to enact five new sections as an addition to and part of
said Article 27 of said Code, to be known respectively as
Sections four hundred and ten (410), to follow immediately
after Section four hundred and nine (409) and Section four
hundred and twelve (412), Section four hundred and
twelve A (412A), Section four hundred and twelve B (412B),
and Section four hundred and twelve C (412c), following im-
mediately after Section four hundred and eleven (411), as
hereby re-enacted, of said Article 27, prescribing certain
additional terms, conditions and limitations regulating the
issue, sale or gift of stamps, trading stamps, tickets, checks,
cash discount stamps, coupons or other similar devices, and
prescribing the penalty for the violation thereof.
