days' notice shall be given by publication in a newspaper or
newspapers and by hand bills posted in the respective districts,
at the expense of the county; not to exceed, however, the sum
of fifty dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on the first day of June, 1910.

ARTICLE XV.

KENT COUNTY.

CHAPTER 690.

AN ACT to repeal Section 1, Chapter 501, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1908, and to re-enact Sec-
tion 2, Chapter 168 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1904.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful to shoot
or trap foxes in Kent County, for the purpose of selling or bar-
tering.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 8, 1910.

CHAPTER 611.

AN ACT to add one new section to Article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled "Kent County," subtitle "County
Treasurer," as enacted by the Act of Assembly of 1906, Chap-
ter 114, to follow after Section 227, and to be designated as
Section 228, regulating the deposit of money in the hands of
the County Treasurer of Kent County, in the State and
National banks of Chestertown.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That one new section be added to Article 15 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitled "Kent County," subtitle
"County Treasurer," as enacted by the Act of Assembly of
1906, Chapter 114, to follow after Section 227, as enacted by
the said Act, and to be designated as Section 228, and to
read as follows:
