together with said license fees to be used by said Commission-
ers in improving the public roads of the aforesaid election
Districts Nos. 5, 6 and 10 of Dorchester County, or replenish-
ing the barren oyster bottoms in said Districts, in their dis-
cretion, both subject to the orders of the County Commission-
ers. All persons engaged in taking or catching crabs with
Trot line and net under the provisions of this Act, shall exhibit
their authority or license for so doing when required by any
officer of the Oyster Police Force or any other official of the
State.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 486.
AN ACT to authorize "The Commissioners of Cambridge" to
issue bonds for the purpose of grading, paving, curbing and
draining the streets and highways of Cambridge, in Dorches-
ter County, State of Maryland, and of placing sewers there-
in; to levy and collect an additional tax for the purpose of
paying the interest and principal on said bonds, empowering
the said "The Commissioners of Cambridge" to assess part
of the cost of such work upon the property abutting on such
streets as may be improved under the terms of this Act, and
providing for the method of appointment of a commission of
five citizens of Cambridge to make contracts for said work
and supervise the performance of the same, and submitting
the proposition of street improvement to a vote of the quali-
fied voters of said town.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That for the purpose of grading, paving, curbing, drain-
ing and otherwise improving the streets and highways of the
town of Cambridge, in Dorchester County, State of Maryland,
and of placing sewers under the streets to be improved here-
under, "The Commissioners of Cambridge" be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to borrow money on the faith
and credit of the said town, not to exceed in the aggregate
the sum of fifty thousand dollars, and to issue bonds therefor,
as hereinafter directed, to be signed by the Mayor of the said
town and countersigned by the Treasurer thereof, with the seal
of "The Commissioners of Cambridge" affixed thereto.
