sons using said crossing of the approach to trains upon said
railroad.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That should said Philadelphia,
Baltimore and Washington Railroad Company violate any of
the provisions of the foregoing section, it shall be liable to
a fine of ten dollars ($10.00) for each and every day it shall
fail to comply with the provisions of said section, said fine to
be collected as other fines are collected.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 537.
AN ACT to add two new Sections to Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Dor-
chester County," sub-title "Fish," to follow immediately after
Section 185E, and to be known as Sections 185p and 185o.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 10 of "the Code of Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Fish,"
be and the same is hereby amended by adding two new Sec-
tions thereto, said new Sections to follow immediately after
Section 185E, and to be known as Sections 185F and 185G, and
to read as follows:
Section 185p. It shall be unlawful for any person or per-
sons to haul a seine, or to fish with gill nets, fykes, traps or set
nets of any kind or description on either side of Transquakin
river or any of its tributaries, within a line drawn from Irish
creek to Transquakin point (said line marking the mouth of
said Transquakin river), to the head of said Transquakin river,
without first obtaining the permission in writing therefor from
the owner or owners or occupants of the land bordering on that
side of said Transquakin river or tributary thereof, in front of
or opposite which any such seine, gill net, fyke, trap or set
net of any kind or description is or may be set or placed.
Sec. 185G. That any person or persons who violate the pro-
visions of the preceding section shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before a justice of
the peace for Dorchester County, or in the Circuit Court for
Dorchester County, having jurisdiction, shall be fined a sum
