one hundred and fifteen, one hundred and fifteen A, one hun-
dred and fifteen B, one hundred and fifteen C, one hundred
and sixteen, one hundred and seventeen, one hundred and
eighteen, one hundred and nineteen, one hundred and twenty,
one hundred and twenty A, one hundred and twenty B, one
hundred and twenty-one, one hundred and twenty-one A, one
hundred and twenty-one B, and one hundred and twenty-one
C, of Article ten of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "County Commissioners,
County Treasurer and Collector" (being the sections of said
Article which were enacted by the General Assembly, at the
January Session, in the year nineteen hundred and eight),
and in their place and stead, and as substitutes therefor, to
enact the hereinafter mentioned sections, which have the
same designations as the aforementioned sections, and like-
wise nine sections which are hereinafter mentioned, and
which are designated as Sections one hundred and sixteen
A, one hundred and sixteen B, one hundred and seventeen A,
one hundred and seventeen B, one hundred and eighteen A,
one hundred and eighteen B, one hundred and nineteen A,
and one hundred and nineteeen B, and one hundred and
twenty-one B—that is to say, to enact as Sections of Article
ten of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester Coun-
ty," sub-title "County Commissioners, County Treasurer
and Collectors," the sections which are hereinafter set forth
and which are hereinafter respectively designated as Sec-
tions one hundred and six, one hundred and seven, one hun-
dred and eight, one hundred and nine, one hundred and ten,
one hundred and eleven, one hundred and twelve, one hun-
dred and thirteen, one hundred and fourteen, one hundred
and fifteen, one hundred and fifteen A, one hundred and fif-
teen B, one hundred and fifteen e, one hundred and sixteen,
one hundred and sixteen A, one hundred and sixteen B, one
hundred and seventeen, one hundred and seventeen A, 6ne
hundred and seventeen B, one hundred and eighteen, one hun-
dred and eighteen A, one hundred and eighteen B, one hun-
dred and nineteen, one hundred and nineteen A, one hundred
and nineteen B, one hundred and twenty, one hundred and

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly -of Mary-
land, That Sections one hundred and six, one hundred and
