SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 205.
AN ACT to amend Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Furs," as amend-
ed by Chapter 506 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at its January Session, 1906, by adding
a new section thereto, to follow immediately after Section
188A, and to be known as Section 188B.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, enti-
tled "Dorchester County," sub-title "Furs," as amended by
Chapter 506 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at its January Session, 1906, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding a new section to follow immediately
after Section 188A, and to be known as Section 188s.
SEC. 1S8B. No person shall at any time shoot at or gun for
any muskrat in Dorchester County.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 97.
AN ACT to repeal Section 1 of Chapter 48 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of the State of Maryland, passed at the
January Session 1902, entitled an "Act to Authorize the
County Commissioners of Dorchester County, in the State
of Maryland, in their discretion, to construct a drawbridge
across the Blackwater river, in said county, at a point
called Shorter's Wharf, and to levy taxes on the assessable
property of said county to pay for constructing the same,"
and re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land. That Section 1 of Chapter 48 of the Acts of the Assembly
of the State of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1902,
entitled "An Act to Authorize the County Commissioners of
"Dorchester County, in the State of Maryland, in their discre-
