unto the said Board so much of the said grounds as may be
necessary for the purposes of said high school and the erec-
tion of said building, with the necessary adjuncts thereto;
therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of
Delegates of the State of Maryland, That it may and shall be
lawful for the said Board of County School Commissioners of
Cecil County to obtain and accept from said society a lease
for such time and upon such terms as the said Board and said
society may agree upon, of so much of said grounds mentioned
in said deed as may be necessary for the purposes of said high
school, and to erect thereon a suitable building, with the neces-
sary adjuncts thereto, for the purposes of said high school, and
from time to time to enlarge or repair the same as may become
necessary.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 6.

AN ACT to repeal Section 106B of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Cecil
County," sub-title "County Commissioners," as enacted by
Chapter 387 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land for the year 1894, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 106B of Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Cecil County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners," as enacted by Chapter 387
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, in the year
1894, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments so as to read as follows:

SEC. 106B. For the purpose of the supervision of the public
roads, etc., in Cecil county, the said county shall be divided
into three commissioner districts, which said commissioner dis-
tricts shall be as follows:

The First, Second and Third election districts shall com-
pose the First Commissioner district. The Fourth, Fifth and
Ninth Election districts shall compose the Second Commis-
sioner district; and the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Election
districts shall compose the Third Commissioner district; and
