Maryland; all Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with this
Act are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 465.

AN ACT authorizing and requiring the Board of Police Com-
missioners of Baltimore City to pay the lieutenant assigned
by the said board to have charge of the Bureau of Identifi-
cation of the Police Department of Baltimore City, the sum
of thirty-five dollars per week instead of twenty-seven dol-
lars per week, the pay of the lieutenants provided for in
Section 745 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, entitled "City of Baltimore," subtitle "Police
Commissioners," as amended and re-enacted by Chapter 123
of the Acts of 1898, as amended by Chapter 425 of the Acts
of 1900, as amended by Chapter 129 of the Acts of 1906, as
amended by Chapter 234 of the Acts of 1908.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Police Commissioners of Baltimore
City be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay
the lieutenant assigned by the said board to have charge of
the Bureau of Identification of the Police Department of Bal-
timore City the sum of thirty-five dollars per week instead of
twenty-seven dollars per week, the pay of lieutenants as pro-
vided for by Section 745 of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "City of Baltimore," subtitle
"Police Commissioners," as amended and re-enacted by Chap-
ter 123 of the Acts of 1898, as amended by Chapter 425 of the
Acts of 1900, as amended by Chapter 129 of the Acts of 1906,
