said dividing line between the property of William E. Bro-
hawn and the property of Mrs. Catherine Gable to the Hollins
Ferry road, thence along the northwesternmost side of the
Hollins Ferry road to the place of beginning, saving and
excepting therefrom the property of John K. Shaw, situated
along the Curtis Bay branch of the said Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad, which property is not to receive any of the benefits
under the provisions of this Act and is not intended to be
included in said village.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 474.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 301 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County,"
subtitle "Justices of the Peace and Constables," of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1908, and also to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments Sections 202, 204 and 212 of Article 3 of the Code of
Pulbic Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County,"
relating to Justices of the Peace and constables, as enacted
by Chapter 495 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the January Session, 1908.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 301 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," subtitle "Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables," of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1908,
be and the same is hereby repealed, and Sections 202, 204 and
212 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County," relating to Justices of the Peace and
constables, as enacted by Chapter 495 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session,
1908, be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, so as to read as follows:

SEC. 202. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the
Governor, after the appointment of the Justices of the Peace
provided for in Section 200 of this Article, to select from the
Justices so appointed one Justice of the Peace appointed from
the First Election District to sit at the station house at Catons-
ville ; one Justice of the Peace appointed from the Fourteenth
Election District to sit at Gardenville; one Justice of the
Peace appointed from the Ninth Election District to sit at
