districts shall be as follows: Beginning for the same in the
center of Gwynn's Falls, at the easternmost outline of the
Second Election District of Baltimore County; thence running
down the center of said Gwynn's Falls to the center of the
Powder Mill Run; thence northerly along the center of Powder
Mill Run to the center of the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike
road; thence southeasterly along the center of the Baltimore
and Liberty Turnpike road to the westernmost city limits of
the City of Baltimore.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Supervisors of Elections of Baltimore
County shall cause to be stricken from the list of qualified
voters on the registration books thereof the names of all per-
sons residing in that portion of the Third Election District Of
Baltimore County lying east of the center of Powder Mills
Run and southwest of the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike
road, hereby placed in Election District No. 1, and shall cause
such names so stricken off as aforesaid to be transferred to the
registration books of the third precinct of the First Election
District of Baltimore County.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That due notice shall be given by the Board of Election
Supervisors of Baltimore County to all persons affected or
changed from said Third Election District to the First Election
District of Baltimore County, as provided for in this Act.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 52.

AN ACT to repeal Section 281 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County,"
as said Section was enacted by Chapter 495 of the Acts of
1908 of the General Assembly of Maryland, and also to
repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 1 of Article
63 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Mechanic's
Lien," as amended by the Acts of 1902, Chapter 432.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 281 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," as said section
was enacted by Chapter 495 of the Acts of 1908 of the General
Assembly of Maryland, be and the same is hereby repealed,
