liquor by such misrepresentation of his age or other facts
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon trial and convic-
tion before any Justice of the Peace shall be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than twenty dollars
and the costs of his prosecution, or upon failure to pay such
fine and costs shall be committed to jail for a period not ex-
ceeding twenty days.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
ARTICLE III.
BALTIMORE COUNTY.
CHAPTER 11.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 1,
2 and 3 of Chapter 213 of the Public Local Laws of Balti-
more County, passed at the January Session, 1908, entitled
"An Act for building an addition to the courthouse at Tow-
son, Baltimore County," and also to provide for changes in
and repairs to the present courthouse, in connection with
said addition, and for furnishing the said courthouse and
addition, when completed, with light, heat, plumbing, drain-
age, telephone service and all necessary books, cases and
furniture, and also providing for the payment of cost of said
addition, repairs, furnishing and other improvements by the
County Commissioners of Baltimore County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Chapter 213 of the Public
Local Laws of Baltimore County, passed at the January
Session, 1908, entitled "An Act for building an addition to
the courthouse at Towson, Baltimore County," be and the
same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:
SECTION 1. 'And be it enacted, That N. Charles Burke, Frank
I. Duncan, Henry P. Mann, Frederick Von Kapff and Joshua
F. Cockey be, and they are hereby, appointed Commissioners,
and they, or a majority of them, are authorized and empow-
ered, by virtue of this Act, to contract for and superintend
and build an addition to the courthouse in Towson, Baltimore
County; Maryland, sufficiently large to accommodate with
offices all the public offices, public records and public papers
and documents of said county; to install proper heating,
