SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That any person convicted before a
Justice of the Peace for violating this Act shall have the right
of appeal to the Circuit Court for Allegany county.
SEC. 4. Be it enacted. That the word person shall include
corporations and partnerships.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 37.
AN ACT to repeal Section 9n of Chapter 475 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1908, entitled "An Act to Repeal Article
22 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled 'Coroners;'
also to Repeal Sections 16 and 17 of Article 36 of the Code of
Public General Laws as amended by the Acts of 1894, Chap-
ter 309, concerning the fees of Coroners, so far as the same
apply to Allegany county, and no further, and to enact in
lieu thereof sections to the Public Local Laws, Article 1, title
'Allegany County,' providing a fixed salary for said Coroner
and defining his duties," and re-enacting said Section 911
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 911 of Chapter 475 of the Acts of 1908, en-
titled "An Act to Repeal Article 22 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, entitled 'Coroners;' also to Repeal Sections 16 and
17 of Article 36 of the Code of Public General Laws as amended
by the Acts of 1894, Chapter 309, concerning the fees of Coro-
ners so far as the same apply to Allegany county, and no
further, and to enact in lieu thereof sections to the Public Local
Laws, Article 1, title 'Allegany County,' providing a fixed sal-
ary for the Coroner for said county and defining his duties,"
be and the same is hereby 'repealed and re-enacted so as to read
as follows:
SEC. 911. The County Commissioners for Allegany county
shall, after the end of this session of the Legislature, pay the
Coroner of said county for his services as such the annual
salary of nine hundred dollars, and said salary shall be in lieu
of the fees now paid Coroners under the provisions of the Code
of Public General Laws of this State. Said salary shall be
paid to said Coroner monthly by warrant on the County Treas-
urer, and it shall be unlawful for said Coroner to receive or
for the said County Commissioners to pay him any other or
further compensation, salary, fee or recompense of any kind
whatsoever for his services as such Coroner; but for viewing or
