State of Maryland for each of the two fiscal years ending on
the thirtieth day of September, nineteen hundred and eleven,
and on the thirtieth day of September, nineteen hundred and
twelve, respectively," are hereby approved with the exception
of the following provisions and items and with the exception
of the following named portions of the respective amounts of
the several items contained in said Act, which are hereby sev-
erally and respectively disapproved, to wit:

On page 2 of the enrolled Act, in provision or clause 11, the
item, "and the sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) for
the fiscal year nineteen hundred and eleven for repairs and
maintenance to buildings" to the Confederate Woman's Home,
is hereby disapproved.

On page 3 of the enrolled Act, in clause or provision 18, the
item, "and the like sum of twenty-five hundred dollars
($2,500.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and twelve"
to the Salisbury Home for the Aged, is hereby disapproved.

On page 3 of the enrolled Act, in clause or provision 20, the
item, "and the like sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)
for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and twelve" for the Coun-
try Home for Children at Catonsville, Md., is hereby disap-
proved.

On page 5 of the enrolled Act, in clause or provision 40, for
the Mercy Hospital, the item, "the sum of fifteen thousand
dollars ($15,000.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and
eleven," is approved to the extent and amount of thirteen
thousand dollars (f 13,000.00) for said fiscal year, and dis-
approved to the extent or amount of two thousand dollars
($2,000.00) thereof; and the item, "and the like sum of fifteen
thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hun-
dred and twelve," is approved to the extent or amount of thir-
teen thousand dollars ($13,000.00) and disapproved to the
extent or amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) thereof.

On page 5 of the enrolled Act, in clause or provision 41, for
the Franklin Square Hospital, the item, "For the fiscal year
nineteen hundred and eleven the sum of eight thousand dollars
($8,000.00)," is approved to the extent or amount of seven
thousand dollars ($7,000.00) for said fiscal year, and disap-
proved to the extent or amount of one thousand dollars
($1,000.00) thereof; and the item, "and the like sum of eight
thousand dollars ($8,000.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hun-
dred and twelve," is approved to the extent or amount of seven
thousand dollars ($7,000.00) for said fiscal year, and disap-
proved to the extent or amount of one thousand dollars
($1,000.00) thereof.
