of the arrangement that may be agreed to, the Governor
aforesaid is authorized to take such steps as may be necessary
to replace any such boundary stones as may have been removed
and to reset any of said boundary stones that may need
resetting.

CHAPTER 458.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the State Board of Under-
takers of Maryland to establish a school of instruction in
practical embalming and undertaking, and for the dissem-
ination of reasonable knowledge of sanitation, preservation
of the dead, disinfecting the bodies of deceased persons, the
apartment, clothing and bedding in cases of death resulting
from infectious or contagious diseases.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the State Board of Undertakers of Maryland be
and it is hereby authorized and empowered to establish a
school of instruction in which shall be taught the work of
practical embalming and undertaking, and for the dissemina-
tion of reasonable knowledge of sanitation, preservation of the
dead, disinfecting the bodies of deceased persons, the apart-
ment, clothing and bedding in cases of death resulting from
infectious or contagious diseases.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said State Board
of Undertakers shall have the full power and authority to
establish all rules and regulations for the conduct of said
school, the payment of tuition fees, the admission of pupils and
'the issue of diplomas to graduates therefrom.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the cost of maintain-
ing and conducting said school shall be defrayed from the
receipts of said State Board of Undertakers obtained from
tuition fees and fees for the issuing of licenses and renewals.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
