of $1,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
appropriated to cover the expenses of said Commission," which
said provision or item is approved to the extent of $200, or so
much thereof as may be necessary; and is disapproved to the
extent of $1,300.

CHAPTER 332.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 14, 15 and 16 of Chapter 367 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland passed at the
Session of 1902, entitled "An Act to Repeal and Re-enact
with Amendments Chapter 515 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland passed at the January Session, 1898,
entitled 'An Act to Create and Sustain by Taxation Public
Libraries and Reading Rooms.' "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 14, 15 and 16 of Chapter 367 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland passed at its January
Session, 1902, entitled "An Act to Repeal and Re-enact with
Amendments Chapter 515 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland passed at the January Session, 1898, entitled 'An
Act to Create and Sustain by Taxation Public Libraries and
Reading Rooms,' " be and the same are hereby repealed, and
the sum or sums of money authorized to be drawn from the
Treasury of the State of Maryland by said Act and not drawn
be and are hereby covered back into the Treasury of the State
of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 7, 1910.

CHAPTER 352.

AN ACT to provide for the appointment of a Commission to
select and obtain an option upon a lot of land in the vicinity
of Baltimore, or elsewhere in this State and for the prepara-
tion of tentative plans and estimates for the erection thereon
by the State of Maryland of suitable buildings to be used by
the Maryland State Normal School, now located in the City
of Baltimore, and to provide for an appropriation of money
therefor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a special Commission be and the same is hereby
