under the control or supervision of some person, to extinguish
H or to report it immediately to the local Forest Warden, and
failure to do so shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed ten
dollars, to be recovered upon complaint of the Forest Warden.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 310.

AN ACT authorizing the Governor to appoint a Commission
to be known as The Fourth Regiment Armory Commission.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Governor is hereby authorized to appoint a
Commission to be known as The Fourth Regiment Armory
Commission.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Commission shall
consist of the Governor, the State Treasurer, the Mayor, Presi-
dent of First Branch Council, President of Second Branch
Council and the Adjutant General, Colonel and three Majors
of the Fourth Regiment Infantry., Maryland National Guard,
President of the Chamber of Commerce, President of the Mer-
chants and Manufacturers' Association, President of the Trav-
elers and Merchants' Association, President of the Old Town
Merchants and Manufacturers' Association, and six citizens to
be appointed by the Governor; the Commission so created shall
constitute the Fourth Regiment Armory Commission, who
shall study the necessity of the State establishing a Fourth
Regiment Armory, select the site for same, get full information
and particulars as to the price of same and the cost of erecting
said armory, and shall make a complete and full report on the
whole matter to the Governor and General Assembly of Mary-
land at its next session.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That the sum of fifteen hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby
appropriated to cover the expenses of said Commission, said
expenses to be paid by the Comptroller upon proper vouchers
approved by the chairman and treasurer of said Commission.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 13, 1910, with the exception of the provision
or item in Section 3 of the above Act, namely, "that the sum
