PRIVATE ACTS. 1383
Hall of the House of Delegates, in the State House, Annap-
olis, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Treasurer of the State, upon warrant of the
Comptroller, is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the
firm of Isaac Benesch & Sons, of Annapolis, Maryland, the sum
of fifty dollars ($50.00), being the amount due for furnishing
the room adjoining the Hall of the House of Delegates in the
State House, Annapolis, Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 677.
AN ACT to amend the Charter of the Commercial Savings Bank
of Cumberland, Maryland, by changing the name of the same
and repealing Section 2 of Chapter 306 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1908, by which said Charter was
amended.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Act of Incorporation of the Commercial Savings
Bank of Cumberland, a corporation formed under the provi-
sions of the Code of Public General Laws of this State, as
amended and enlarged by the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, January Session, 1908, Chapter 306, be and the
same is hereby amended, as follows:
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the name of the Commercial
Savings Bank of Cumberland, Maryland, be and the same is
hereby changed from the "Commercial Savings Bank of Cum-
berland" to "Commercial Bank of Cumberland," and by
such name and style shall have perpetual succession as a bank-
ing corporation.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That Section 2 of Chapter 306 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1908, by which said Char-
ter was amended, be and the same is hereby repealed; provided,
however, that said company shall be subject to the provisions of
Article 11 of the Public General Laws of this State, title
"Banks," and any amendments thereof, and the liability of
the stockholders thereof shall at all times be determined by the
laws of the State in force at the time said liabilities may
attach; and further provided, that said company shall not be
subject to Article 3, Section 25, of said Article 11.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
