1266 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Liber W. J. P., No. 15, folio 149: (a) To the devise by the testa-
tor of his dwelling-house and premises on Melvin avenue, in
Baltimore county, after the death of his niece, Mary Loretto
Muth, or, in case she shall cease to occupy the same as her resi-
dence, to the Most Reverend James Gibbons, Roman Catholic
Archbishop of Baltimore for the time being, and his successors
in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to the disci-
pline and government of the Roman Catholic Church, a cor-
poration sole (Vide Acts of General Assembly of Maryland,
1832, Chapter 308; 1868, Chapter 268; and 1874, Chapter 298),
to be held by said Archbishop and his successors for the nse of
St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church of Catonsville, Baltimore
county, Maryland; (b) To the pastor of St. Mark's Roman
Catholic Chnrch at Catonsville, in Baltimore county, Maryland,
at the time of the testator's death, the sum of one thousand
($ 1,000) dollars; (c) To the Ammendale Normal Institute,
now located at Ammendale, Prince George's county, Maryland,
the sum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars; (d) To the Oblate
Sisters of Providence of Baltimore City (colored), now located
at Chase street and Forrest Place, Baltimore City, the sum of
three hundred ($300) dollars; (e) To the Little Sisters of the
Poor, now located at Preston and Valley streets, in Baltimore
City, the sum of three hundred ($300) dollars; (f) To the Sis-
ters of Bon Secour, no'w located at Baltimore and Payson
streets, in Baltimore City, the sum of three hundred ($ 300) dol-
lars; (g) To the Redemptorists of Baltimore City, a corpora-
tion, the sum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars; (h) To the
Woodstock College of Baltimore county, Maryland, being a col-
lege for the education of priests, of the Society of Jesus, the
sum of three thousand ($ 3,000); (i) To the congregation of the
Mission of St. Vincent de Paul in Germantown, Pennsylvania,
being the religious society commonly known as the Lazarists,
the sum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars; (j) To the Oblate
Fathers of St. Francis de Sales, now located at Wilmington,
Delaware, having in charge the school located at Eighth and
West streets in said city, or by whatever corporate name the
same may be known, the sum of three thousand ($3,000) dol-
lars; (k) To the Most Reverend James Gibbons, Roman Catho-
lic Archbishop of Baltimore for the time being, and his succes-
sors in the Archiepiscopal See of Baltimore, according to the
discipline and government of the Roman Catholic Church, a
corporation sole, the sum of three thousand ($3,000) dollars;
(1) To the Sisters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul, now lo-
cated at Emmitsburg, Maryland, the sum of one thousand
($1,000) dollars.

32. To the bequest of five hundred ($ 500) dollars contained
in the last will and testament of John H. Yarnall, late of the
