lutely, all the rest and residue of the estate of the said Mary A.
P. Cosgrove above named, real and personal, wheresoever situ-
ated, except that any collateral inheritance tax on the other
bequests made in the will of the said Mary A. P. Cosgrove shall
be paid out of the said rest and residue of said estate.

26. To the following lease and deed to the Vestry of the
Bishop Cummins Memorial Church of the City of Baltimore, to
wit: First, to the lease from Thomas H. Powers and Anna M.
Powers, his wife, to the Vestry of the Bishop Cummins Me-
morial Church of the City of Baltimore, a body corporate, dated
October 25, 1877, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber G. R. No. 791, folio 205; Second, a deed
from the Gerard Life Insurance, Annuity and Trust Company
of Philadelphia, trustee, and Mary Powers Harris, curator, to
the Vestry of the Bishop Cummins Memorial Church of the
City of Baltimore, a body corporate, dated October 25, 1881,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber F. A. P., No. 909, folio 434.

27. To the bequest contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Miss Elizabeth M. Thomsen, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, probated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City,
and of record in the office of the Register of Wills of said city,
to the Franklin Street Presbyterian Congregation in the City
of Baltimore, the sum of five hundred ($500) dollars.

28. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of Emilie Schuchart, late of Baltimore City, deceased, probated
in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, and of record in the
office of the Register of Wills of said city, to Reverend D. H.
Steffens, the pastor of Martini Evangelical Lutheran Church,
located at the corner of Sharp and Henrietta streets, Balti
more, Maryland, the sum of fifty ($50) dollars.

29. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of William H. Dill, late of Baltimore City, deceased, probated
in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, and of record in the
office of the Register of Wills of said city, to the First German
Evangelical Church (Greene Street Church), Baltimore, Mary-
land, the sum of fifty ($f50) dollars.

30. To the bequest of one thousand ($1,000) dollars to the
Second English Lutheran 'Church of Baltimore City, contained
in the will of John T. Morris, late of Baltimore City, in the
State of Maryland, and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills for Baltimore City in Liber B. E: S., No. 104, folio 342.

31. To the following devises, gifts and bequests contained
in the last will and codicil of George L. Muth, late of Baltimore
county, in the State of Maryland, deceased, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore county in Wills,
