and for the use and benefit of the Balto. City Protestant Episco-
pal Missionary Committee and the Convention of the Protes-
tant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland: (a) Deed
from Mary E. Garrett to the Convention of the Protestant
Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland, dated the 13th
day of June, 1901, and duly recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. 1907, folio 45, etc. (b) Deed
from Charles Levis and Anna A. Levis to the Convention of
the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
dated March 2, 1906, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 295, folio 334, etc.
(c) Deed from Charles Levis and Anna Levis to the Convention
of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
dated March 2nd, 1906, and duly recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 295, folio
336, etc. (d) Deed from Josephine L. Stewart to the Baltimore
City Protestant Episcopal Missionary Committee, dated July
9th, 1902, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore

A. Miller and wife to the Baltimore City Protestant Episcopal
Missionary Committee dated June 25, 1907, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P.

of Baltimore to the Baltimore City Protestant Episcopal Mis-
sionary Committee, dated April 2, 1908, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No.
329, folio 297, etc. (g) Deed from the Canton Company of Bal-
timore to the Baltimore City Protestant Episcopal Missionary
Committee, dated November 25, 1908, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 335,
folio 470, etc. (h) Deed from the Kate Avenue Realty Com-
pany of Baltimore City to the Baltimore City Protestant Epis-
copal Missionary Committee, dated August 4th, 1908, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S.
C. L. No. 2447, folio 319, etc. (i) A confirmatory lease from
Marian E. Trust to the Baltimore City Protestant Episcopal
Missionary Committee, dated July 8, 1909, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2514,
folio 452, etc. (j) A lease from Edward W. Gorman and wife
to the Baltimore City Protestant Episcopal Missionary Com-
mittee, erroneously therein called "The Protestant Episcopal
Missionary Committee of Baltimore City," dated October 16,
1908, and recorded among, the Land Records of said city in
Liber S. C. L. No. 2456, folio 250, etc.
