46. To the following devises, bequests and gifts contained in
the last will and testament of John T. Curley, late of Baltimore
City, deceased: (a) To the bequest of one thousand dollars to
the Little Sisters of the Poor of the City of Baltimore, (b)
To the bequest of one thousand dollars to the St. Vincent's In-
fant Asylum of the City of Baltimore, (c) To the bequest of
one thousand dollars to St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum of
the City of Baltimore, (d) To the bequest of five hundred dol-
lars to the Institute of Mission Helpers of Baltimore City, (e)
To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Oblate Sisters of
Providence, (f) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the
Rector of St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, Baltimore City,
(g) To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Rector of Jen-
kins Memorial Roman Catholic Church, Baltimore City, (h)
To the following devise and bequest: All the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of every character and description, I
give, devise and bequeath unto the Associated Professors of
Loyola College in the City of Baltimore.

47. To the sale, grant and conveyance of a certain lot of
land in Lawsons District, Somerset County, Maryland, to the
Trustee's of St. Peters Church in Little Annamessex Hundred,
a religious corporation, by deed dated the 28th day of January,
1910, and recorded among the Land Records of Somerset Coun-
ty, Maryland, in Liber S. F. D. No. 53, folio 364.

48. To the acquisition and holding by the Trustees of St.
Johns Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore City, a body
corporate of the State of Maryland, and its successors of the
property mentioned and described in a deed to said body cor-
porate from Joel Russell Gaar, dated March 8th, 1910, and
duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City and
also of Baltimore County.

49. To the sale, grant and deed by Basil B. Bowen to Green
Spring Chapel of Baltimore County, a body corporate, in the
Third Election District of Baltimore County, and to the sale,
grant and deed of another lot of ground by Josephine L. Stew-
art to the said Green Spring Chapel in Baltimore County; the
said deeds being dated respectively the 25th day of July, 1903,
and the 9th day of July, 1908, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore County in Liber N. B. M. No. 270, folio
37, etc., and Liber W. P. C. No. 328, folio 408, etc.

50. To the sale and grant of the lot of ground and premises
situated in Baltimore City described in a deed from Amelia
A. List and husband, dated Jan. 17, 1910, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2555,
