39. To the deed dated the 14th day of February, 1910, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2560, folio 221, etc., from Francis Pyznar to the
most Reverend James Gibbons Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, for the time being, and his successors in the Arch-
episcopal See of Baltimore, according to the discipline and
government of the Roman Catholic Church, which said deed
conveys the property in Baltimore City at the corner of Ann
and Aliceanna streets fronting one hundred and fifty feet on
Ann street, two hundred and eight feet nine inches on Alice-
anna street and twenty-seven feet two inches on Regester street,
being the property now occupied by St. Stanislaus' Church and
other buildings appertaining thereto.
40. To the following bequests-contained in the last will and
testament of John A. J. Dixon, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, dated November 23rd, 1908, and recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber B. E. S.
No. 105, folio 383, etc.: (a) To the bequest of two thousand
dollars to the Superannuated Fund Society of the Maryland
Annual Conference, a body corporate of the State of Maryland.
(b) To the bequest of one thousand dollars to the Home for
the Aged of the Methodist Protestant Church, a body corporate
of the State of Maryland.
41. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Samuel McCreery, late of Washington County, de-
ceased, said will being probated in the Orphans' Court of Wash-
ington County and of record in the office of the Register of
Wills of said county: (a) A bequest to the Trustees of St.
Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church of Hagerstown, Maryland,
the sum of five hundred dollars, (b) A bequest to the Trustees
of Washington Square Methodist Episcopal Church of Hagers-
town, Maryland, the sum of five hundred dollars.
42. To the following gifts, bequests and devises contained in
the last will and testament of Frances Donaldson, late of Bal-
timore City, in the State of Maryland, deceased, recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills,
Liber B. E. S. No. 104, folio 492: (a) A bequest to the Home-
