PRIVATE ACTS. 1245

May 12, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber J. B. 1343, folio 413, etc., to the English
Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Reformation of Baltimore,
City, a body corporate.

33. To the sale and grant of the lot of ground and prem-
ises situated in the City of Baltimore particularly described in
two deeds, one from John C. Hines and wife, dated July 2,
1902, and recorded among the Land Records of said city in
Liber R. O. No. 1966, folio 36, etc.; one from Mary A. Stock
bridge, dated May 30th, 1907, and recorded among said Land
Records in Liber R. O. 2329, folio 491, etc., to the English
Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Reformation of Baltimore
City, a body corporate.

34. To all the devises, gifts and bequests made in the last
will and testament of Frances Donaldson, late of Baltimore
City, deceased, bearing date April 22, 1909, and duly admitted
to probate by the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City, and now
of record in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore

City, to Nashatah House, an institution of piety and learning
situated at Nashatah, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, duly in-
corporated by the Legislature of the Territory of Wisconsin,
in the year 1847, its charter having been amended by the State
of Wisconsin in the year 1878.

35. To the bequest to the Metropolitan African Methodist
Episcopal Church of Cumberland, Maryland, a corporation, by
Harrison G. Lee of the proceeds from the sale of a house and
lot as mentioned in his last will and testament, dated the 28th

day of October, 1903, and recorded among the Will Records of
Allegany County, and as particularly described in a deed from
Richard D. Johnson et al. to Harrison G. Lee, dated May the
4th, 1892, and recorded among the Land Records of Allegany

County in Liber No. 71, folio 563, etc.

36. To the bequest of Sophia C. C. Back, deceased, late of
Baltimore City, of one hundred dollars to the Vestry of St.
John's Church, Huntington, Baltimore County, a body cor-
porate.

37. To the specific bequest of five hundred dollars and the
residuary bequest and devise contained in the last will and tes-
tament of John H. Yarnall, late of the City of Philadelphia
Pennsylvania, deceased, to the Sisters of Charity of Mount
Hope Retreat, situated in Baltimore County, State of Mary-
land.

38. To the deed and grant made by John F. Carter and wife
to the Methodist Protestant Church Extension Society of Bal-
timore City, of a certain lot of ground situated in Baltimore

County, particularly described in said deed, dated the 30th
