PRIVATE ACTS. 1229.
CHAPTER 497.

AN ACT to amend the Charter of the Fidelity Savings Bank
of Frostburg, Allegany county, by changing the name of the
same and repealing Section 2 of Chapter 268 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1904, by which said charter was
amended.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Act of Incorporation of the Fidelity Savings
Bank of Frostburg, Allegany county, a corporation formed
under the provisions of the Code of Public General Laws of
this State, as amended and enlarged by the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, January Session 1904, Chapter 268, be
and the same is hereby amended as follows:

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That the name of the Fidelity
Savings Bank of Frostburg, Allegany county, be and the same
is hereby changed from "The Fidelity Savings Bank of Frost-
burg, Allegany County," to "The Fidelity Bank of Frostburg,"
and by such name and style have perpetual succession as a
banking corporation; provided, however, that said company
shall be subject to the provisions of Article 11 of the Public
General Laws, title "Banks," and any amendments thereof and
the liability of the stockholders thereof shall at all times be
'determined by the laws of the State in force at the time the
said liabilities may attach, and further provided that said
liabilities may attach and further provided that said company
shall not be subject to Article 3, Section 25 of said Article 11.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That Section 2 of Chapter 268 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1904, by which said charter
was amended, be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 628.

AN ACT to incorporate the Leon Rod and Gun Club of Anne
Arundel County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That James Greenwell, Dr. A. H. Perry, Richard Green-
well, Hance Hill, Arthur Owens, and James O. Drewry, and
such other persons as may hereafter be associated with them
and their successors, be and they are hereby constituted a body
corporate by the name of the Leon Rod and Gun Club of Anne
Arundel county, Maryland, the purpose of whose existence are
