1224 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAPTER 324.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 1 and 5 of Chapter 21 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of the Session of 1908,
entitled "An Act to Incorporate the Trustees of the Cemetery
of the Grove Presbyterian Church, in Harford County, Mary-
land," and re-enact the same with amendments, and to make
valid the Acts of the incorporators done under the name of
the Trustees of the Cemetery of the Grove Presbyterian
Church, in Harford County, Maryland.

Whereas, By Chapter 21 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of the Session of 1908, it was intended to create a
body corporate under the name of the "Trustees of the Ceme-
tery of the Grove Presbyterian Church, in Harford County,
Maryland;" and

Whereas, In Section 1 of said chapter, through inadvertence
the name of said body corporate was stated to be the "Trustees
of the Grove Presbyterian Church in Harford County, Mary-
land," instead of the "Trustees of the Cemetery of the Grove
Presbyterian Church in Harford County, Maryland;" and

Whereas, It is deemed advisable to allow the persons qualified
to elect the members of said body corporate under Section 5 of
Chapter 21 of said Acts, to elect women, not exceeding three
in number at any one election, as well as men, to membership
in said body corporate, if they think it proper at any time
to do so; and

Whereas, The persons named as incorporators in said Section
1 of Chapter 21 of said Acts of Assembly have been transacting
business under the name of the "Trustees of the Cemetery of
the Grove Presbyterian Church, in Harford County, Maryland,"
and it seems fit that their acts done under said name should
be made of the same force and effect as though the name of
said body corporate had been correctly set forth in Section 1
of said Chapter 21 of said Acts; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1 of Chapter 21 of the Acts of the General
A'ssembly of the Session of 1908, entitled "An Act to Incorpo-
rate the Trustees of the Cemetery of the Grove Presbyterian
Church in Harford County, Maryland," be and the same is here-
by repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
follows.

"That George K. McGaw, Jarret T. Baldwin. John Archer
Mitchell, John J. Michael, Morgan Mitchell, C. H. Johnson and
Howard H. Mitchell and their successors, as hereinafter pro-
