Bay or its tributaries within the limits of Worcester County
with any seine or net of any description containing meshes, less
than one and one-half inches square, except only during the
months of July, August; September and October, when this
section snail not apply to fishing for fat backs and crocus.

181. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of
the preceding section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
and, upon conviction thereof before any Justice of the Peace or
upon indictment and conviction in the Circuit Court for said
county, shall suffer forfeiture of all boats, seines and other in-
struments used in violation of the preceding section, and shall
be fined the sum of ten dollars ($10) for each and every of-
fense, with all costs of prosecution, and in default of payment
thereof, upon conviction, he shall be committed to jail for not
less than ten nor more than sixty days.

182. It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
upon payment to him of a fee of one hundred dollars, and,
upon application of a non-resident of said county (not being a
taxpayer therein upon property standing in his own name of
the assessed value of one thousand dollars ($1,000) or more), to
issue a license to such applicant authorizing him to fish for one
year with seines and nets in the waters of Sinepuxent Bay and
its tributaries within said county as a resident of said county
is permitted to do.

183. It shall not be lawful for any persons other than citi-
zens or actual residents of Maryland to rake or catch oysters,
clams or terrapins, or plant oysters, in the waters of Sinepux-
ent Bay, or any of the tributaries thereof, included in the
boundaries of Worcester County.

188. It shall be the duty of the Sheriff, State Game Warden
or any Deputy Game Warden, or any Constable of said county,
with or without warrant, to arrest any person and to seize and
take into custody any canoe, boat or vessel, whenever and.
wherever such person, canoe, boat or vessel shall be found vio-
lating or being used in violating any of the provisions of this
subtitle of this Article, and bring the offender before some Jus-
tice of the Peace or Judge of the Circuit Court for said county.

199. Any person violating any of the provisions of the three
preceding sections shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
and, upon conviction thereof before a Justice of the Peace of
Worcester County, or in the Circuit Court of said county, shall
be fined not less than five or more than ten dollars, and be im-
prisoned for a term not exceeding thirty days, or until said
fine and all costs are paid.

200. Upon information given upon oath to any Justice of
the Peace of said county of any violation of any of the provi-
