CHAPTER 331.
AN ACT to repeal Section 12 of Article 23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County," subtitle
"Circuit Court," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 12 of Article 23 of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Wicomico County," subtitle "Circuit Court,"
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments so as to read as follows:
SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That there shall be four terms of
the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, to be held at Salis-
bury commencing on the first Monday of January and July and
the second Monday of March and the second Monday of Sep-
tember in each year.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
on the first day of January, A. D. 1911.

CHAPTER 521.
AN ACT to add eight new sections to Article 24 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," subtitle
"Berlin," as amended by Chapter 733 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, 1908, entitled, An Act to
repeal Chapter 480 of the Acts passed at the January Ses-
sions of the year 1896, entitled An Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments 29 to 48, both inclusive, of Article
24 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester Coun-
ty," subtitle "Berlin," and to add certain new sections to
said Article and subtitle to follow Section 48, and to be
designated as Sections 48A, 48B, 48C, 48D and 48E, and to
repeal Chapter 573 of the Acts passed at the January Ses-
sion of the year 1902, entitled An Act to add two additional
sections to Chapter 480 of the Acts of 1896, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," subtitle ''Ber-
lin," and to be known as 41A and 42A, and to repeal Sections
29 to 48, inclusive, of said Article 24 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, and to re-enact the several sections of said sub-
title "Berlin," of said Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, with amendments from Section 24 to 48, both inclu-
