1192 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

County School Commissioners; and the Board of County
School Commissioners shall also keep a special account of the
amounts reimbursed to the County Commissioners for money
advanced for the purposes stated in this Act, and its expendi-
tures for the purposes as herein provided.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That if at the end of three years
from the date of the sale of the bonds herein provided for any
part thereof shall remain unexpended, the account shall be
closed and the balance be paid over to the Board of County
School Commissioners of Wicomico County for the general use
and benefit of the public schools of said county.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 105.

AN ACT to amend Sections 130, 149 and 158L of Chapter 310
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland passed at
the Session of 1908, and add a new section thereto, to be des
ignated as 158o, providing for purchase or condemnation of
a city wharf, entitled "An Act to Repeal Section 130 to Sec-
tion 158, Inclusive, of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Wicomico County,' Subtitle 'Salisbury,' and All
Amendments and Additions Thereto, Except Such as Are
Hereinafter Excepted, etc.," and to re-enact said Sections 130
and 158L with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 130, 149 and 158L of Chapter 310 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1008, en-
titled "An Act to Repeal Section 130 to Section 158, Inclusive,
of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
Title 'Wicomico County,' Subtitle 'Salisbury,' and All Amend-
ments and Additions Thereto, Except Such as Are Herinafter
Excepted, etc.," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted so as to read as follows, and a new section be added
thereto, to be designated as Section 158o, authorizing and em-
powering the Mayor and Council of Salisbury to purchase or
condemn a wharf for the use and benefit of the City of Salis-
bury.

130. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants of the City of
Salisbury, Wicomico County, be and they are hereby consti-
tuted a body corporate, by the name of "The Mayor and Coun-
cil of Salisbury," and by that name shall have perpetual suc-
cession, sue and be sued, have and use a common seal, which
