ARTICLE XXIII.

WICOMICO COUNTY.

CHAPTER 656.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 572 of the Acts of 1904, entitled
"An Act to Fix and Regulate the Time of Taking Oysters
with Rakes or Tongs in the Waters of Wicomico County and
in Certain Waters of Dorchester County," in so far as said
Act applies to Dorchester County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 572 of the Acts of 1904, entitled "An Act
to Fix and Regulate the Time of Taking Oysters with Rakes
or Tongs in the Waters of Wicomico County and in Certain
Waters of Dorchester County," be and the same is hereby re-
pealed in so far as said Act applies to Dorchester County; pro-
vided, however, that nothing in this section shall be so con-
strued as to prevent the citizens of Dorchester and Wicomico
counties from using the waters of the Nanticoke river in com-
mon.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 213.

AN ACT to repeal Section 158K of Chapter 310 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1908, en-
titled "An Act to Repeal Sections 130 to 158, inclusive, of
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Wicomico
County,' subtitle 'Salisbury,'" and all amendments and addi-
tions thereto, except such as are hereafter excepted, etc., and
to re-enact the same with amendments in section and sub-
sections, and to re-enact the same with amendments and
additions, and to re-enact said Section 158K with amend-
ments thereto, and authorize the Mayor and Council of Salis-
bury to provide by ordinance for collection and removal of
filth and garbage from private premises in Salisbury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 158K of Chapter 310 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1908, entitled "An Act
