porate security conditioned for the faithful performance of his
or their contract in accordance with the plans and specifica-
tions furnished by the said Board of County School Commis-
sioners,
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the treasurer of the County
Commissioners of Somerset County shall keep a separate ac-
count of the money raised by the issue and sale of said bonds
by this Act authorized, and the same shall be appropriated and
applied exclusively to the erection, heating, equipping and fur-
nishing of a building on the lot now owned by the said Board
of County School Commissioners in the town of Crisfield, to
be known as the Crisfield High School Building, and to be
used for public school purposes, and to be under the control
and management of the said Board of County School Commis-
sioners; and that said money shall be paid out from time to
time by the treasurer aforesaid, to the architect, contractor or
contractors for said building, material, men and others for
work done or material furnished for or about said building, or
furniture provided for said building, upon the requisition of
the said Board of County School Commissioners when endorsed
by the County Commissioners of Somerset County; and that
the said Board of County School Commissioners is hereby
authorized to make requisitions upon the said treasurer of
said County Commissioners for sums of money to become due
for any of the purposes aforesaid, and that the said County
Commissioners shall endorse the same, if correct.
SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That if any of the money raised
by the sale of said bonds shall remain in the hands of the said
County Commissioners when and after the building hereinbe-
fore provided for, and the heating apparatus for the same, and
the equipment and furniture of the same shall have been paid
for, that the said County Commissioners shall pay over the
same to the said County School Commissioners to be used for
the repair and improvement of other school buildings in said
county.
SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
